CONTROP launches the new SPEED-V, a lightweight gyro-stabilized EO/IR observation and panoramic scanner developed specially for ground vehicles using tall mast mounting.

Israel's Controp Precision Technologies is exhibiting several of its surveillance systems products at Aero India. These include the latest Speed-A three-axis gyro-stabilized payload, specifically developed for use on tactical aerostats (surveillance balloons). Speed-A includes a day and night camera as well as a laser rangefinder. Also on show is the Fox thermal imaging camera with a 1400mm lens and x35 continuous zoom. This system, already in service in India, provides exceptionally long range target acquisition and observation with unmatched performance in night vision.
